Help test a new and innovative technology for older adults
The InnoWell Platform is a clinical tool that coordinates better access and quality care. With over 10 years in the making, the Platform empowers individuals to design, monitor and measure their own mental health plan with the support of their health professionals.
To ensure the InnoWell Platform continues to meet the needs of individuals and health professionals, we are seeking feedback from older Australian’s to help inform and improve health and wellbeing outcomes.
Your valuable input will allow us to continue to evolve and innovate our platform, ensuring more Australian’s receive the right care at the right time.
What will I be asked to do?
You will be given access to the InnoWell Platform for 90-days to assess and monitor your mental health and wellbeing.
You will have the opportunity to complete a comprehensive questionnaire about your health and wellbeing which has been tailored to individuals 50 years of age and older.
We will then provide you with a personalised dashboard of your results which you can update at any time.
Additionally, we will share information about apps and Web-based programs that you can access immediately to support your mental health and wellbeing.
Finally, you will be asked to complete short online questionnaires at five different time points within a 90-day period.
These small questionnaires will ask you how you think and feel, whilst encouraging you to share your experience using the Platform.
Who can participate?
Anyone aged 50 years or older.
What are the benefits?
Participants will receive a $75 voucher as reimbursement for their time after completing the final feedback questionnaire at 90-days as reimbursement for their time.
This voucher will be redeemable at any of the following retailers – Woolworths, Big W, Caltex, Coles, Target, Kmart or JB Hi-Fi.
