InnoWell announces Greg Procter as new CEO
InnoWell is extremely pleased to announce the appointment of Greg Procter as our new CEO. His career to date spans an impressive 20 years across health care, international finance and government industries.
Greg previously served as the Chief Commercial Officer at Healthe Care Australia where he oversaw and developed the company’s growth and commercial strategies. He has also held lead roles at Ernst & Young, HSBC, PwC, Bank of Ireland and Siemens.
As InnoWell moves out of the clinical trial phase and into commercialisation, Greg’s appointment builds on our strategy to grow InnoWell globally and scale our robust and innovative mental health platform which has been proven to yield benefits for Australians and their health professionals.
Greg’s appointment comes off the back of InnoWell winning commercial contracts to implement the InnoWell Care Platform with major health services in Canada and South Australia as well as preparing to deploy pilots of InnoWell Thrive, InnoWell’s offering to non-clinical organisations into a large insurer and an educational institution.
Speaking of his appointment, Greg said “I am passionate about improving mental health solutions for all, which is why I am incredibly excited to be joining InnoWell to help drive it forward into its next stage of growth.”
“Innowell’s unique offering, combining world leading clinical research with a sophisticated digital platform, has the ability to ensure that people are able to gain access to appropriate mental health care in a timely manner.”
“Today, four million Australians experience mental health issues each year, with many people not receiving the help they need. I believe that every Australian, in fact everyone globally, has the right to good mental health and well-being, and the InnoWell platform can provide the tools to make that vision a reality,” Procter said.
After nearly three years on the Executive team, incumbent CEO Will Fellowes will remain with InnoWell in his new role as Chief Operating Officer where he will look after Customer and Operational functions. Syed Ahmed, who joined InnoWell in February 2020 as Chief Digital Officer and who has remit for the product is also looking forward to working with Greg.
InnoWell’s Chairman of the Board, Hon. Michael Ronaldson welcomed Greg and said “With InnoWell moving into the next phase of commercialisation, the Board undertook an extensive process to identify a new CEO and are delighted to have Greg join the company at such a crucial time of disruption across health care.”
“As InnoWell looks to build on its core of ensuring everyone gets the best mental health support they can, Greg will lead us into an exciting period of Australian and global expansion.”
